1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using MockMaster ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. The Service

MockMaster provides AI-powered mock tests, score analysis, personalised study plans and coaching services for English language proficiency examinations including PTE Academic, NAATI CCL, IELTS, CELPIP and LanguageCert Academic.

Important: MockMaster is a preparation platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or an official representative of Pearson (PTE), NAATI, British Council (IELTS), IRCC (CELPIP) or LanguageCert. Our AI scoring is a close approximation of official scoring but is not a guarantee of any official result.

3. Account registration

You must be 16 years or older to create an account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password
You must provide accurate information at registration
One account per person — multiple accounts may be suspended

4. Subscription and billing

Free plan: available indefinitely with 3 full mock tests. Pro and Institute plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. Prices are in AUD and inclusive of GST where applicable.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time within a billing period, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds: If you are dissatisfied within 7 days of your first paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

5. Score Guarantee

Pro subscribers who complete the full MockMaster programme — defined as completing at least 5 full mock tests and following the AI-generated study plan for the duration of their subscription — and who do not achieve their stated target score on their official exam, are eligible for a free subscription extension until they achieve their target.

The guarantee does not apply if: (a) the student changed their target score after beginning the programme; (b) the student did not follow the study plan on at least 80% of scheduled days; (c) the student sat the official exam within 14 days of subscribing.

6. Acceptable use

You must not: share your account credentials; reverse engineer the platform; use automated tools to access the Service; upload content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes third-party intellectual property; or attempt to manipulate AI scoring systems.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the MockMaster platform — including question banks, AI models, study materials, branding and software — is the property of MockMaster.ai Pty Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

MockMaster's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages including visa refusals, missed exam bookings or immigration delays. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
